The Pain Journal

Description

This journal is to track and record pain, symptoms, medications, and triggers. This book is dedicated to my grandfather and my brother and their journey through chronic pain due to ankylosing spondylitis. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this journal will be donated to the Spondylitis Association of America. 

The cover photo is of my brother shortly after his diagnosis.
